We are very excited that you are interested in becoming part of the West Family. We are currently accepting students for all grades from our 3-year-old Pre-School classes and up.
Application Forms
The application forms from DCPS can be downloaded by clicking here. Once your forms are completed, they can be turned in to our main office.
Required Documents
When you are ready to register your child, you will need to bring the following with you:
- Proof of your child’s birth date.
- Documentation required for legal proof of residency*.
- Your child’s immunization records.

Age Requirements
Beginning in September 2008:
- A child must be 3 years old on or before September 30th to enroll in a three year old program;
- A child must be 4 years old on or before September 30th to enter pre-kindergarten;
- A child must be 5 years old on or before September 30th to enter kindergarten.
